ELESP has joined collaboration and partnership with academic institutions, both at the national and international levels. At the International level ELESP has established several collaboration agreements, including:

Collaboration agreement with Regional English Language Office (RELO) of US Embassy Jakarta. The agreement is English teaching fellow programme and Access Microscholarship Programme

Collaboration agreement with The International Indonesia Education Foundation (IIEF). The agreement is the implementation of the English Access Microscholarship programme of RELO US Embassy Jakarta in which IIEF is the provider of the programme and ELESP as the site of the programme. The director of ELESP is the site coordinator for the programme as well as the teacher for university class.

Collaboration agreement with Indonesia Australia Language Foundation (IALF) Denpasar. The agreement is teacher training and students training.

Collaboration agreement with AMINEF. The agreement is joint research.

Collaboration agreement with HELM USAID. The agreement is training for quality assurance.

Collaboration agreement with USINTEC-Ohio University. The agreement is visiting scholars.

Collaboration agreement with Ehime University Japan. The agreement is student credit transfer and joint research.
